Our Solution

• We studied the client’s pain point and replaced normal paper with our non-tear able paper specialized for Conventional offset Printing for the Holy Book Quran.

• Water and moisture resistant properties of our paper provided longevity & durability to the holy book.

• Our synthetic paper delivered the best print quality using very low GSM of ink. Hence, it reduced the ink consumption and alleviated the ink cost.

Client’s Benefits

• For tear-resistance, customers used to over-laminate paper with a plastic film, our CSP eliminated this operation & saved the cost of adhesive which was used to laminate paper with the film. Thereby, production costs were reduced by 8%.

• Due to the low GSM of ink, ink consumption has reduced by 5-6%.

• Earlier customers were using 100 GSM normal paper which was replaced by 69 GSM Cosmo Synthetic Paper resulting in yield advantage by 44%
